I am a textile designer with a specification in rugs and wall decors. My business is called Sarma Rugs and is based in Birmingham. I am designing and making my rugs and wall decors, utilising techniques such a tufting and rag rug technique. Every rug and wall décor has its own name, unique design, and comes with its own story behind its making and inspiration. Every rug and wall décor collection has its own concept.
